PRESENTATION
MEDIA STUDIES WAS MY FIRST CHANCE TO STUDY FILMMAKING.
This subject sparked my interest in theoretical concepts and cinematic conventions, it taught me how to write about film academically, and achieve the highest possible grades in my studies.
Most importantly, each lesson added a layer to my storytelling, and encouraged me to think about theory and audience.
It was an honour to be invited back by my former Media teacher and return to the classroom that I learnt so much from.
Discussing my portfolio of work and experiences, I was able to help current Media students navigate their studies and explore where their own storytelling can take them.
